All-on-4 & Full-Arch Dental Implants in Murphy, TX
If you are missing most or all of your teeth — or you are tired of dentures that slip — full-arch dental implants can give you a fixed, full set of teeth supported by just four to six implants per arch. At Murphy Dental & Implant Center, implant surgery and restoration happen in one location, with the same team from consultation to final teeth. Many patients leave surgery with a set of temporary teeth the same day.
What Is Full-Arch Implant Treatment?
Instead of replacing each tooth individually, a full-arch restoration replaces an entire upper or lower set of teeth with a fixed prosthetic bridge anchored to four to six strategically placed implants. The implants are positioned using 3D CBCT imaging for precision. Because the prosthetic is fixed to the implants, it does not come out at night, does not need adhesive, and does not slip when you eat or speak.
Benefits of Full-Arch Implants
- Fixed teeth that look, feel, and function like natural teeth
- Far better chewing strength and stability than traditional dentures
- No adhesives, no slipping, no sore spots from a moving denture
- Implants stimulate the jawbone, helping prevent the bone loss and facial collapse that follow tooth loss
- Easier long-term maintenance than replacing teeth one at a time
Who Is a Good Candidate?
Good candidates include adults who have lost most or all teeth in an arch, patients with failing teeth that cannot be saved, and denture wearers who want a fixed alternative. Even if you have been told you have bone loss, grafting can often rebuild enough bone to support implants. A 3D CBCT scan at your consultation shows exactly what is possible in your case.
What the Process Looks Like
- Consultation & 3D CBCT scan — currently complimentary, including the CBCT scan (a $550 value). You receive a detailed treatment plan with a full cost breakdown before you decide anything.
- Sedation options include nitrous oxide, oral sedation, and IV sedation administered by an anesthesiologist.
- Temporary teeth the same day — qualifying patients receive a fixed temporary set of teeth on surgery day, so you never leave without teeth.
- Healing — over the next few months the implants fuse with the bone (osseointegration) while you wear your temporaries.
- Your final teeth — once healing is complete, your custom final prosthetic is attached, matched to your face, bite, and smile.
Full-Arch Implants vs. Traditional Dentures
Dentures cost less upfront, but they typically need replacement every five to seven years, lose stability as the jawbone shrinks, and restore only a fraction of natural chewing strength. Full-arch implants cost more initially but are fixed, preserve bone, and can last decades with proper care — for most patients they offer the best long-term value.
Cost & Financing
Cost depends on your bone health, whether grafting is needed, and the type of final prosthetic. We will give you a detailed cost breakdown at your consultation, and financing options are available.
