Our membership plan is designed for patients without dental insurance. For $398 annually for the first family member (additional family members $378), you receive comprehensive preventive care and 20% off all treatments.

  • 2 preventive cleanings per year
  • 2 fluoride applications per year
  • All X-rays needed throughout the year
  • 2 emergency exams as needed
  • 20% discount on all treatments including fillings, crowns, implants, cosmetic dentistry, and periodontal care

  • Guaranteed acceptance—no health questions or exclusions
